temporary movement speed increase abilities! {excluding bloodlust and scroll of speed

theres this ways to increase a units movement speed temporarily by buff and stacking:

- bloodlust
- scroll of haste

and thats it!

but i need 1 more! is there a way to achieve another kind of temporary movement speed bonus that stacks with the two mentioned above?

plz don't consider auras, they're not a viable option.
