Techtree Requirements Causing Crash?

So I made a custom Workshop building, and a custom Scout Tower building. The Scout tower building has a Tech tree Requirement of the Custom Workshop. But when you try to open the build menu on a peasant in-game, to build the Scout tower, it crashes the game. If I apply a different building, such as a non-custom keep, and remove the custom workshop from the tech tree requirements of the scout tower, than I am able to open up and build the tower fine.

Iv looking into this a lot and really cant find what the problem is, but i know its with the my custom workshop building. Is there anything, anyone knows that could help me?

Been trying to fix/experiment with this for like an hour, I can probably fix it by making the unit over, but I really want to know what the problem is.
