It's just a big blurry mess. It looks more like a sasquatch than anything and a lot of color from the original texture was left behind and smudged over top of the new cursor.

And at the right picture, it looks rly bad, but thats not that true. it looks very different in-game

Oh thanks for metioning, didn't realise myself... will do today i guess.

EDIT: It's impossible to sharpen it. It's so blurry, that it doesn't matter how much i press the damn mouse button, there are almost no changes. I will keep it as it is, and i have learned a lesson -.-

Yes, I like mostly all cursors, the standard ones get boring after a while :/

the standards are dead boring. But these are too blurry (as stated many times above). I recommend making the black outline and THEN sharpening the pic. THat should help you a lot. That, or you wil have to redraw it.
