The shading seems very messy. Instead of adding blurry black spots for the shadows, use some colors to darken it instead. Also start your skin with a color inbetween light and dark so you can highlight and darken your skin.

Don't use a small, hard brush to outline things like you did because it looks like it was made in paint.

I suggest you reshade the skin, and if it looks better afterwards I will approve it.
