[Trigger] target unit of ability being cast

  • unit - a unit finishes casting an ability
  • Conditions
  • (Ability being cast) Equal to Pass Ball
  • Actions
  • Hero - Drop (Item carried by (Triggering unit) of type Zugball) from (Triggering unit)
  • Item - Remove (Last dropped item)
  • Hero - Create Zugball and give it to (Target unit of ability being cast)
For some reason, instead of creating a new item for the target, it simply puts an item in the middle of the map. wtf?
I have also tried
  • Item - Create Zugball at (Position of (Target unit of ability being cast))
and it does the exact same thing. For some reason, warcraft is confused about the location of this unit. Anyone know what's up?

I feel like a moron, as per usual.
it has a three second casting time, so I just had to set a "balltarget" variable upon "starts casting" and then use that in my "finish casting" trigger.
