The only thing I might change is to make textmacros of your more similar
functions, so that if you ever need to change something you only have to
change the textmacro instead of every single function.
I'd really like to see a demo map of this in action. That will help to showcase
the potential even more. I suppose I could build the demo map if you are
too pressed for time/too uninterested.
This could take advantage of RegisterPlayerUnitEvent for the "ATTACKED" event.
The description could be expanded.
I have no idea what should be done with the three empty functions at the top. Some pseudo code or a link to a demo map is really going to make a difference here.

I like how the list is updated to reduce the number of instances to iterate over very often.
I still haven't added that to a lot of my stat structs (In this map I /was/ working on)
