The lack of shading and definition, and that the face is copied from someone else's work is enough for me to reject it.

Please check out the tutorials at the forum and learn to improve if you wish to get your future skins accepted.

EDIT:
i realzied this when i was testing the game.

the left side of the SWAT Officer, the word (police) is spelt backwards, and the back, the word (SWAT), is backwards too
