I need an edited model of Rexxar, but made into a sith with 2 "lightaxes". Plz make it look good and evil. plz do not add alot of armor, he needs light armor or no armor. ty

ummm yeah. it says

"Skinning / Texturing Discussions concerning warcraft texturing / skinning and the editing of skins can be found in here. Skin requests are permitted."

now, read to me the last part, the part that says

"Skin requests are permitted"

so yeah it does
