I had no problem getting the ATST to work (im running 1.29.2) , but this model just wont load for me. It was my understanding the DDS files are to be imported just like BLP files with no additional steps required, so I am puzzled as to why.

I am on last version in classic mode and I got no issue.
It should work, if you want to confirm the problem, start a new map, import, and then try to select the model on a unit.
The texture might be an issue only if the model is all white IIRC, but it's a simple BLP.

Tested it with brand new map just to confirm. I'm using world editor extended if that helps, but that shouldn't pose any problems either. Guess its a problem with my version. Shadows correspond to ATDP and Star Wars: Rebel Vehicle Rebel Attack Tank rebel tank models not loading, the ATST displays perfectly tho.

Can you share the map?

Edit: Nevermind, I reproduced the problem on a old version of the editor
Edit 2: You are right, model use a dds file, I joined a blp file, it doesn't cause issue on last version of the editor, but it's a stupid mistake, I'll double check all my port, thanks for pointing it out

I can't update the resource in this thread for some reason so here's a map I made on version 1.28.5.
I checked the other ported models but didn't find the same error.

Can't find the button to attach file in DM so I'll drop them here, I just edited the texture path in the mdx file.

Try this if you want next time: I remove all files starting with .blp first and leaving .mdx last. Then I add the new .mdx file and the required textures.
