You could've made it more freehand rather than downloading a pattern from the internet and paste it on a texture. Also it lacks proper shading and highlights which is very important in a skin. This won't work it here sadly.

Rejecting this be reminded next time.

Agreed but I have personal use for it, which is why I downloaded it before I thought it would get rejected.
