Space... the final frontier (Dalaran Dirt actually)

I am a novice in the world of skinning... well skinning models... not creatures, or food. But I do not know how to change the skin of a tileset....
Here there is a space skin for Dalaran Dirt. How do I get it to work?

thanks for the path, and umm.... where do I apply it if I am trying to change the dirt? I know where to do it to models... but I dunno with terrain...


what pixels? clarify....

The skin must have an exact size like 128x128 ,512x128 ,512x512 etc. U understand?

U tested the skin into game? if it doesen't have the specific size is not working
