If it's the building's interface sound when clicking on it, then you can give it a different interface and import your sounds into the alternate sound set. If it's related to the model of the building (death sounds for example), then you would have to use War3 Model Editor to change its sound nodes to the alternate sound set.
Then if you plan on importing your own custom sound file(s), import them into the new sound set. In the example map, I replaced the farm sound set with the crypt sound, and then I imported a custom sound into the crypt sound set. Without the custom imported sound, the pink farm would just sound like a crypt.
