Thanks, but it can't do what it to do since you can not add your own voices.
Maybe i wasn't clear enough on what it is i need. What i need is a program where you can change a sound like the captain sound set to sound like the paladin from diablo 2.

I have tried that, but i didn't find it satisfying. What i am looking for is a way to alter the sound of the captain to sound like the paladin, i know it can be done, but i don't know how to.
Extract the sound from the MPQ, use this: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ to mess with the sound. If you want the captain to sound like the paladin, use the field Sound - in the object editor.

Actually, you can mess with the sliders in that program (also you have pre-set "filters" which can be found int the 'voices' page of that site) to change a voice to sound different in pitch and tone etc. etc. You can save those 'filters'. Make sure you've selected the right filter, activated it, and in the top left under MorphVOX (where you usually find the "File" drop-down), select 'Morph A File'. The program will put the audio filter over the file and output it to whatever directory you selected. Should try it >_>
