Download the map as Footman mentioned, then download the installer and assets in the Tools section.
Make sure you followed the install instructions as detailed in this map thread below:

Different question because I don't want to start a new thread.

If there are issues with RF 2.0, then I doubt 3.0 will work. I was searching for ways to roll back versions, but saw this:

There are no standalone patches for each version like their used to be. AFAIK the only way for you to roll back to 1.28.0 would be to have someone send you their game files.

So what exactly do I do? Uninstall RF and download a new client?
