Smuggling in Singapore looking for a terrainer!

Hello,

Smuggling in Singapore is a game that
consists of drugs and cigarettes that are available in singapore
and there are teams of drug smugglers cigarette smugglers that are supposed to smuggle the drugs and cigarette into the city.
But H.S.A and C.B.A will try to stop them from smuggling in
Basically its just like Drug Smuggler
but with a different theme and more polished.

I hope to get a terrainer
which can make good bases well because i just some nice bases and some normal terrain.
The terrain tile is city scape.but you can add in any tile you want to.
