Hey guys im so confused about how to apply skins and models i read all the tutorials so can u explain to me step by step how to apply each of them? (ever single step would help)

ya i can't find what i need to i can't find a skin editor _____________________________________________

It's not skin editor. To edit textures you need Wc3Viewer to change the BLP file to TGA or BMP and then Adobe Photoshop or Paintshop Pro to edit it.
