Skill to Stats? sistem

Tkok had the sistem i rember aniway.
exzample i gain level and i get 3 stat points
AND i use spell (Dexterity) (( i get evryithing till this part))
How i increase 3% ms 3%atk speed 3 agility increase? and+1 (variable named (Dex))


AND Then when i cast spell does Round house kick does (Dex) x 15dmg per point of dex
I need to check whyc player Dex to use

+% MS is based on "Item Move Speed Bonus" but this is on whole number, not on percentual, so, I suppose you can use the action "Unit - Set Unit Movement Speed" to calculate exact percentual increase

+% Attack Speed is based on "Item Attack Speed Bonus"
