I changed the face of the acolyte to a detailed skull. This is one of my first skins. Didn't change much but it didn't recolour this time.

I suggest you to take a look here and here and learn to improve.

You have 10 days to improve the textures. If I see no changes then, the skin will be rejected.

Edit:
[Rejected]
10 days has went, and still no changes.

As I can see you changed 2 things: changed dagger to look like crap and face does not really look like ''detailed'' and the rest of the skin isn't changed at all?

Like first, read the rules before you post a skin, icon or anything... it says ''A skin must be modified at least 75% from the original in order to to be approved.''
I think this is maybe 10% modification, so it won't get approved

1/5 - please do more work on this skin

The only thing you changed was what the user really dosn't see in the game. If you want to make a difference, Rip up the robe and expose his skeletal body. maby change the colors around a little. Get rid of the hood maby.

BAD SUGGESTION SARGE.... that will make no sense and will look very ugly
the acolyte mdl has no legs and no head. only the face.

If you don't know this, the acolyte's body in the model maker is just a cone. No holo parts. You arn't seeing feet or a body b/c that is how the texture is drawn. Following my suggest is only a matter of proper recoloring.

Unfortunately, if you alpha out areas of the hood or robe you will be able to see inside his head / nothingness under his robe. What Misha says is correct.
I never had that problem. Then again I didn't edit the entire thing. Are you talking like seeing through the texture?

Yes, they should. But people are free to do as they want as long as they understand the consequences.

Now lets get back on topic.
Any modeler/skinner will tell you you shouldn't post your first design. With that said, I will respect your wishes, and move on topic. Maby if you completely remaid the model of the acolyte, and skinned as I suggested, you wouldn't have this Alpha problem?
