Simple Reskin Needed

I would be much obliged if someone would create a reskin for the Human Flag (Objects\InventoryItems\HumanCaptureFlag\HumanCaptureFlag.mdl) that replaces the runic symbol on the front with a skull and crossbones. A simple copy and paste would be more than sufficient, but is beyond my ability for skinning.

Just a note - if someone does take this up, please be so kind as to tell me the filepath to put the modified skin. I can't seem to find the original in Image Extractor.
