Simple python script to generate a hive map description

I've been using this script for years, for all of my maps. I finally created a readme and extracted configuration schema for clarity.

I think it's useful to share. For anyone that doesn't like writing BB codes but wants a good description for their map.

This is now published to pypi. Use it like:

pip3 install thw-submission-generator
thw-submission-generator myconf.yaml
