Simple Model request/help

Alright, I searched over many sources and couldnt find a model that would fit. I need a door moodel with death(open) animation which would fit in there:

The example model would be perfect if it didnt have the white frame. I'll gladly accept any help.

i think you'll find some in UTM..but i'm not quite sure.

What I did to find it? Write in "Door" in the models section. The animation use tags that WC3 doesn't knows, so you'll have to trigger it so when it opens it plays the "Open" animation and when it closes it plays the "Close" animation.

I checked this model already. Its very glichy, i prefer not to use it unless i really have no choice. Also, whats UTM?

Edit: Heres the link of to door showed on screenshot. It would be awsome if somebody could just remove its frame.
