Simple Model Merging.. I guess

Is there anyone kind enough to combine this watery aura into the water elemental of warcraft 3? I know adding the watery aura as attachment will do it, but I need it as a single model altogether instead of an attachment. Thx in advance.

This is quite disappointing.. anyway, is there anyone kind enough to tell me whether it can be done or not? i thought it would be easy for modellers. :S
