Simple effect edit request

I need this Abilities\Spells\Human\slow\slowtarget.mdl effect for my map as a slow effect, but i want it colored light blueish. I would use frost but the snowflakes are not fitting, plus this one is better. If the sound can be avoid, that would be also nice.
