Serbia PayPal

Hi guys.

I was wondering if any of you knew how I can open up my own paypal account? I am from Serbia and since Serbian PP isn't supported is there any other way I can get a PayPal account?

Did you tryed reading the faq on paypal itself?
If you didn't found an answer there then you could try contacting the paypal support !
