i don't have the icon or know of it, but maybe you can use this in the mean time. I cut it out from the image you gave, so it's probably lost a bit of quality

I have attempted reverse google searches on the image in a lot of different ways and formats, but no results.

Wherever that icon originates from is not publicly posted on any website aside from this threat.
