[SD/Modeling] Russian Additional Unit Pack?

Does anyone know where the 'Russian Additional Unit Pack' model file went? I've been meaning to give my maps a fresher coat of paint and overhaul and was looking to get them,
but I am not sure who the original author of them was or what happened to them. Any and all help would be appreciated.
