Rookie in trouble

Just recently I forced myself to start learning JASS, found some realy good tutorials and after couple of days I started to understand those scrypting lines. My joy didn't last for long couse I downloaded a map called "Dota Heroes" and saw something that confused me. "Scopes, Libraries, Privates, Publics etc. What a heck are those? My guess is it has to do something with something I heard of and it is called vJASS but I don't know anything about that. Is it like advanced JASS or something? And by the way when I try to save that map WE gives me about 1669 syntax errors even if I don't change anything. "Enlighten" (is this the right word?) me!

Its called vJass, and is really some neat stuff, but you should only mess with vJass when you've learned Jass.

Also, you need JassNewGenPack (JNGP) to use it.
