how do you use this attachment so that when the marine is made it has the weapon on it.

use the human sphere ability and modeify it so it attaches the RocketLauncher on "weapon" attachment point.

Nice model but it never stands on the weapon from left to right hand. The launcher starts where the marine's weapon ends.
