yes, there is... its something like this, although i may have your specific needs wrong...

Unit - 1st Corps 0571 <gen> Dies
Wait 1.00 seconds
Unit - Create 1 (Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) for (Picked player) at (Center of (Playable map area)) facing Default building facing degrees

Now, in my example, teh 1st Corps is the unit that dies. The wait is the space interval between the death and revival (which i assume you'd want). and the Region you just select.
So, i gave u a way to "revive" a non-hero type unit, but if you mean like from an Altar, then re-post and ill get that to you.
