Well Bro . If You wanna change any texture or make an icon ... Use Warcraft 3 Viewer ... Convert the blp into bmp (better) or jpg ... Change whatever you want in the image ... Then save it ... Re-enter Warcraft 3 Viewer and convert the edited file ( bmp ) into blp ... don't forget to add Alpha channel and don't resize it . So You get the blp edited as you like . Well the icons should have square form (64 x 64 recommended) .
