The problem of fingers getting longer during modeling.

I've explained my problem in a discussion about modeling, but I'm not sure if it'll solve the issue, so I'm asking here as well.

Due to the problem with the fingers becoming longer, it's difficult to change the model's size. I want to increase the size of the model so that the unit appears a bit bigger in the game.

Is there anyone who can help? If it's difficult, does anyone know a solution to this problem?
Thank you in advance for your response:infl_thumbs_up:

when you scale the model, you also need all the bones selected, the reason the fingers and other parts get longer or warped is because the bones are still in the same place as they were and not selected with the mesh when its scaled, resulting in bones being farther from where the mesh is, making things get longer due to animations using these bones. So just make sure to have all the bones selected along with the mesh and it will be fine when you scale or move it
