Request - Telepath Spells

Hello there.
I need 2 different spells
1: Force: Pushes any unit 600 units in the direction it is facing over a 0.3s duration. (Same spell as Dota's force staff)
2: Implosion: Sucks nearby enemies around the hero inward and then blasts them outward, dealing massive damage.

1: The direction it is facing? Can I get a better description, please?
2: Towards the Hero or to a targeted point?
3: What happened to the 3rd spell?

I am still a bit confused by the first one.
Is it a target unit ability and is it towards the facing ot the targeted unit or the caster?
