[Request] Create an .SLK file from fields in WC3 Object Editor

So, I'm trying to create a "system" (Might not be a system if I get this tool I need) which will store many values of the Object Editor in Warcraft 3...

So, I'm in need of a tool which will extract that data from the MPQ file, and the create an .SLK file from it (So it can be used with the //!loaddata keyword)

Anyone knows how to make a tool like this ? :eek:

(As I'm just starting to write C++ code, only in the "Console" so far, I definitely don't have the knowledge to do something like this XD)
