Remove the strange terran building shadows?

Hello, I changed the model of some basic terran buildings, but I am unable to remove the strange shadows covering the building. The shadow is not actually a shadow but rather some blueprint like texture sticky at the bottom of the building. If the model is smaller than this blueprint, then you see the black thing.
How can I remove it?
