Hello there,
i have a question, i wanna ask about how to make the item that owned by a player not to be pick able by another player

for example orpg maps (item that owned by red player cant be picked by blue player)

You could remove it for the player (units owned by player) when picked using triggers.

You can do something like :

Events : A unit owned by player Red has item.

Actions : Remove item from triggering unit.

You can add conditions too like : "item being manipluated equal to"
