Bounty thing, not sure if you want that at all. But you would need to either make the unit unkillable or hardcode it in your custom bounty system.
For the respawn timer thing one can not tell without knowing your respawn system.
But one could one sets a flag for the unit then adding seconds to the respawn timer, if the flag is set also reset the flag.
