Really Weird Right-click issue

So in my game I've got a hero that is a spider. Sometimes, and ONLY as this hero, it is very difficult to click on units/items. There are extremely common cases where clicking directly on something does nothing but make you walk to that point. You can't even pick up an item or attack something. This happens especially if you are close to your target.

At first I wondered, maybe it was the skin I was using for the spider? But I changed it to a Nerubian instead, and I still notice these problems.

I have never heard of this issue before - it's like wc3 invents new problems for me to fix. What could possibly be behind this?!

Maybe it could be the pathing or the collision size of the unit.

All heroes use the same collision, it's happened on this hero ever since it was made.
