I know that I should read the stickies and stuff and thats what i usually do, but the explaination in the Sticky on how to import skins makes ABSOLUTLY NO SENSE. what do you expect me to do with somthing/somthing.blp or somthing/somthing/somthing.blp?

I'm trying to Import Pins, Lucifer into the Ancient of wind. Simple as that, if I can get a Clean helpful awnser it can help out Greatly.

to quote what sansui said;

use the original name if it is not on an edited model file aswell. dont use textures/custom name.blp

if the model does not call for the blp
textures/custom name.blp.

convert the model you want to use the skin with and convert it to an mdl then open the mdl look down in to textures or images whatever it is called,

find the image you want to replace and import the skin with that path.

if that makes any sense to you than i hope you got the help you needed
