At the end it will be like naga twinhead dragon.

Perhaps post an image were you compare the two rat models? I don't think that you will notice such differences when playing a map.

Its a skin, not a model
And, in wc3 rats doesnt have legs.

It really looks like mostly recolour. and the rat isn't a very good skin to post or let alone change. i can't really see a use for it.

The texture you changed only affects the portrait. The body's texture is actually the dog's texture, or more precisely Textures\BrownWolf.blp
