RACC Vestroya Map Help

Well, I just handdrawn a map but my printer scanner stopped working.
So, computer is my last resort (but computer-drawn ones sucks)

1) Any good map drawing software (for RACC Vestroya Map)?

2) Computer map drawing techniques.

3) Well, if I'm going to use a camera, how to make it perfect capture (by perfect capture it means it looks like if it's from a scanner)?

1) Photoshop , adobe illustrator (vector) - Free : Paint.Net - Gimp

2) I don't know any.

Photoshop is a lot more flexible as it has hundreds of brushes with up to 2500 circumference (px).
