What is the model for other than the fact that the Hive needs more murlocs, is it for a project or what? Please be a little bit more specific, for otherwise they who could help you don't know exactly what you're requesting.

although i kinda agree with your statement, i doubt itl get done, a murloc hero would prolly be nice ^.^ (not saying i need/or would even use it)
naga in itself is only a few models short of being a full blown race...
(asumeing matching icons, textures, and sounds)

Ripping models is forbidden, and I don't think anybody will make HD murlocs without knowing any info about them. It takes a lot of time and energy.
