[Question] Skin > Model

I want to know if there is how to make a skin turn a model and if anyone knows how to do this

because I need it for my map

my map is a MELEE then use models standards such as Druid of the Talon
I plan to add some breeds as Draenei I have a draenei SKINS one occupies the Druif of the Talon, but I wish I could use in the model to be able to continue using the Druif of the talon

There is 2 solutions:
1. Import another druid of talon model but change it's texture to your skin (you need some editing knowledge). The problem is if you have lots of skins, it makes you import lots of models.

2. Try this tutorial How to make a model change textures ingame by Ender.
