Question of Fade Filters

Hey i was wonder if you use a fade filter can you single a player so only he can have a fade filter and not every one. Im making a night Vision Effect for my game and was wondering if that would work.

From my knowledge I think it is possible (The_Raven mentioned me something about a custom script) but I can't seem to find the script... there is a JASS script. Perhaps you should ask into the JASS section. They might know the answer.
