Question about links in the signature

I have a link to a map I am working on and an image from a private album in my signature.

Sometimes the link and image merge, aka you can click on the picture to follow the link. Other times the link and image are separate entities. How can i set it up so that the link and image are always merged?

Use url tag and wrap it around the img tag, I think
