Hello everyone this is a model of Queen Azshara Naga Form. This is edited and polished by my friend "Z1003" as he fulfill my Christmas Wish Post and i know a lot of you are looking for this too, so i would like to share what i have recieved. And i would like to credit Henry too since he ported this model from World of Warcraft. That's all Merry Christmas Everyone!
Lore: "Queen of the Naga, Empress of Nazjatar, and one of the most powerful entities Azeroth has ever known, Azshara has plotted and schemed for millennia in preparation for this fateful moment. Now, with all the pieces in place, the time has finally come to reveal her endgame."
Since more than 4 years have passed since the model has been uploaded and 2 years since the author was last seen I decided to fix some things:
Optimized the model and textures as much as I could (filesize dropped to 16.3Mb down from 20.6Mb)...
Since more than 4 years have passed since the model has been uploaded and 2 years since the author was last seen I decided to fix some things:
Optimized the model and textures as much as I could (filesize dropped to 16.3Mb down from 20.6Mb)
Correctly attached "Hand Right Ref" and "Hand Left Ref" to the model's hand bones (Buffs from abilities such as Bloodlust will appear and move correctly with the model)
I wanted to raise the weapon a bit so it won't stick in the ground but the author used a very nasty method to attach the weapon to the body.. so I left it be
I will set this to Approved (Recommended)
Update 03.04.2025:
Fixed her hair
Rescaled the model to fit best when imported in WE
Recalculated extents correctly (without including Portrait Background and Hero Glow)
Update 07.04.2025:
Recalculated Normals + Flip Normals
Removed Unshaded settings from Materials
Adjusted Lightning Effect on her Staff
I tried to replicate her Staff position to look as much as possible as in WoW
As you can see, it was an 8.3mb file when I downloaded it.After speaking in the movie, the corners of her mouth instantly returned to their places.
Edit:As far as I know the latest I know, there is already a modeler working on the situation, and you can ignore this for now

1.The difference in filesize is because when you download the model, it places it in an archive, archived files have less size.
The model here on website has 12.3Mb in it's natural filesize, 8.3Mb because you download archived and back to 12.3Mb when you extract the files from archive to import in your map..
2.Are you referring to Portrait Talk animation, when you click on the model ingame and she talks in the portrait box?
