Push back circular

hey it's me your Lord of Chaos

today I need an ability that pushes back enemies in a circle away from my hero... but it's more then just that. it needs to be attached to the blink ability

when I vanish out of existence people need to be pulled in

when I appear they need to be pushed back

got it? ^^

^That's a knockback system. It can be used for your described pushing and pulling.
"Vanish out of existence" - does this mean when the unit blinks away? This part should all be triggered, to control the knockback system.
