The image says it all. Missile (Vexorian's dummy) spawns at 'My Unit offset by 15.00 towards ((Facing of My Unit) - 90.00) degrees). Thanks in advance.
i'm guessing that your unit is turning when about to throw the dummy and that makes it bad. Or the unit has a collision size higher than 16, which bugs the position in a 16 distance offset
Ever considered that the units origin point (location of My Unit) might not be in the centre of the unit? It is also possible that the dummy unit is being offset on creation (try moving it with SetUnitX/Y natives).
SC2 avoids issues like this by interpolating missiles between attachment points. Unfortunately WC3 lacks such functionality.
