i used Magos's editor to use two different skins. Then when i put both skins in the import and I tried to assign the model my world editor crashed. Can someone help me make this model with two skins actually work with out being a green box or crashing my editor?

u mean 1 model using 2 different skins? then first change the mdx of that model to mdl, go to textures and change it to what u want (mostly 'textures/....blp') then save the mdl and convert back to mdx again. now u have two modles that look the same but use a different path. import that model and use one skin for the original and one skin for the new model
