Plz help me... how do i use BLP Files?

Plz help me... some of my models dont work ingame. for eksampel the Nazgul Rider or the Hooked Peasant (Doodad).
what shall i do to get BLP Files Working?
shall i download a tool or something... plz help me

This is how i do: i import files to Editor, then put it ingame. then i save the Editor and close teh Editor... then i open the Editor and then it should work...
but if the model have more than 2 BLP files then it doesent work ...
