Please tell me how to change this 2 iconds

1.) how can i change the first small icon in witch is number 2 inside ?
(icon of charges remaining in item,here in inventory slot 1)
2.how can i change this green icon for unknown icons?
(icon for unknown button,here in slot 2)

JUST REASONS
1.)i would like to change the first small icon into black because bigger numbers would be more visible
2.)i would like to change the green icon for unknown icons because i have a lot of icons that do not have DISBTN (disabled icon) and when player pauses the game than that all icons would be green,if i can change that icon into black it would look better

You cannot change it. It`s just blank.
